Philippe VAGLIO
Philippe Vaglio, obtained is Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Montpellier in 1996. Recently, he was in charged of the Bioinformatics in Marc's Vidal lab in the Dana Farber Cancer Institute - Harvard Medical School (Boston USA). He was involved in the project of the cloning of all the Open Reading Frames (ORF) from Caenorhabditis elegans in the Gateway vector. He also supervised the implementation of software and databases to analysed the results of the two hybrids screen performed in this lab. Earlier while working at RiboTargets Philippe developed databases and interfaces to store and analyse results from drug screening assays. He has developed during those years an expertise in working with scientists to design databases and software that fit their specific needs.
