Modul-Bio wishes to ensure the success of your project by getting involved in all phases of its implementation.
Modul-Bio applies the following methodology for each project:
- Analysis of needs and objectives: At the start of the project, interviews are organized to identify your specific needs. Business experts and technical experts will have a better understanding of your expectations and turn them into technical specifications.
- Audit of business processes: Modul-Bio makes use of its experience and expertise to help you optimize your lab business processes.
- Validation of objectives and project planning: The success of your project requires careful planning of each phase. As soon as the objectives are validated, a timetable is established, which includes the major milestones of the project. This will allow you to predict your future actions precisely.
- Configuration and adaptation of MBioLIMS™: Based on the technical specifications, our teams design a specific version of MBioLIMS that fits your activities. We rely on existing modules to reduce configuration period.
- Installation of MBioLIMS™ on-site: MBioLIMS™ (application and database)is deployed by our teams in your lab. In coordination with your technical teams, we integrate our solution to your existing infrastructure.
- Tests and validation: A predefined series of tests is used to ensure the stability and reliability of your newly installed LIMS. Running these tests allows you to validate the proper functioning of MBioLIMS, taking into account the environmental conditions of your laboratory.
- Training: Modul-Bio provides training to facilitate user adaptation to this new tool. Some advanced features, such as the creation of workflows or complex reports, may be subject to additional training.
- Legacy data migration to MBioLIMS ™: The transition of your lab activity also involves migrating of your existing data into MBioLIMS. Depending on the formats used to store such information, Modul-Bio sets up secure import procedures.
- Lauching MBioLIMS™: As a conclusion of your project, Modul-Bio teams are present to proceed to the launching of the application in release mode. This to ensure you a safe start.
- Optimizing MBioLIMS™ : During the first months of use, some aspects of the software might need to be slightly modified (readjustment of GUI ergonomics for example). During this contractual period, Modul-Bio offers to achieve these optimizations.
Maintenance
Modul-Bio offers a maintenance contract that guarantees personalized assistance in the period following project finalization. The contract includes the following services:
